Helpful tips

🦶 When you return from the beach

In the ground-floor guest bathroom near the entrance, you will find a bucket. Fill it with a little water so you can rinse your feet before entering and avoid bringing sand into the house.

You may leave the bucket outside the door while you are at the beach so it is ready when you return. This is a very quiet area with friendly neighbours.

🏖️ Thank you for helping us keep the house clean!

🎵 Music in the house

There is an iPad connected to the sound system. Open Spotify and sign in with your own account. Please remember to sign out at the end of your stay.

Topo · Euskotren

From Hendaye station, the Topo takes you easily to Irún, Pasaia and San Sebastián, avoiding traffic and parking. For Hondarribia, the most enjoyable option from Hendaye is to cross by boat first.

Tip: check the timetable before leaving, especially in the evening.

⛴️ El Bateau

This small ferry links Hendaye marina with Hondarribia in just a few minutes. It is convenient, avoids parking and makes the journey part of the day out.
